Cancellations

  1. All sales are final.Once the order has been placed, and payment has been processed, the sale will be considered as final.
  2. You can cancel an order only in the event of the product received by you is damaged.
  3. In the above case of having received a damaged product, please read and note our policy on returns and refunds.

Returns and refunds

In the odd case that you do not love your Camphor Chest product, here is our policy on returns:

1. Products are eligible for return,

1a.only in the event of it being damaged when received by you.

1b. You are dissatisfied with the physical product as it has been received by you. The reasons for dissatisfaction will be duly processed by our team at Camphor Chest.This is to be fair to our craftspeople, but that does not mean we are are less concerned with our customers satisfaction.We are a reasonable and friendly bunch of people at The Camphor Chest and we will ensure your complaints, dissatisfaction or any queries are dealt with the utmost respect and fairness.

2. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should mail us a photo of the damaged product with the Bar Code within 48 hours of receiving your order, to our team at thecamphorchest@yahoo.com 

3. The Camphor Chest team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.

4. Once your return has been authorised, we would be happy to process your refund. The refund will be issued back by the same payment mode that you used to place this order; we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks. 

5. We aim to process all refunds within one week (seven days), once the necessary approval for return of the product has been processed by our team.
